Internet and lies

In the virtual space a person has an opportunity to meet anybody, no matter where he/she lives or what language he/she speaks. The main factor of every communication process in the internet is its relative value. There are two theories of human presentation in the internet.
The first one (I must say that it is a popular theory in comparison with another one) says that in the internet a person invents a special image connected with his/her idea about an ideal person, perhaps, or a favorite well-known person, a book, a movie, a game. So, the image is socialized in some way as it experiences the influence of a society. At the same time a person understands that in the internet he/she possesses some freedom, receives an opportunity to be whoever he wants, and in the most cases this image is not connected with a real man... simply it is a unity of some imaginary values. Sometimes people even change the sex, becoming a woman of a man and visa versa. But it has a bearing on tricking in the most cases. Really, a person can say what he thinks without any restrictions, express the thoughts he would never tell to somebody's face, raise the most difficult and doubtful issues in order to receive the needed information. A psychological phenomenon of it is that a person tried to heighten self-appraisal in such a way. The disadvantage is that it absorbs. I have some friends who are called by their nicks only. The real names are forgotten.
Another theory says that in the internet people needn't be somebody different. Due to its anonymous factor, people used to be themselves. Why to change something if you are a balanced person?
