Nobody would be surprised with the communication in the internet. So, what does prevent a person to find a job through the internet? As for me, there are only advantages and a single disadvantage. Let's start with the advantages. The matter is that a resume in the section of the job seekers could safe you much time and envelops the bigger aim group. At the same time you may enjoy the process drinking tea and eating a cake. The interview is provided by phone sometimes. So, you do not waste two hours of your personal time for the road. This time could be used for another important business. From the side of a job giver, he saves material and mental resources of his, means for the workplace arrangement, the internet for a new worker. But another problem turns to be in this case. At the same time, the importance of team-building grows as the most workers are separated by the distance and do not have an opportunity to visualize each other, socialize in person.
Though, there is a risk to find a dishonest job-giver. With the virtualization of the most social events, this risk is rapidly goes to the minimum.
As for me, the most significant disadvantage of internet working is lack of the real communication. Just imagine the situation. You wake up in the morning, wash yourself, have breakfast and – voila! You reach your workplace in five minutes. All the day long you are working alone and there is nobody to tell you a word. A person begins to accept this kind of life as normal one.
Some wives joke that a husband has a four-legged friend - a sofa. An internet worker has a good friend too – own computer.
